Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your HitCue account and associated data. 1. Scope of deletion Deletion applies to the HitCue account created in the app and the data directly linked to your profile (for example account details, preferences, and account-linked content). 2. How to request deletion You can submit a request by email using the contact below. This option is available even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it. 3. Identity verification For security, the request must be sent from the email address associated with the account. We may send a confirmation link or one-time code to verify ownership before proceeding. If we cannot verify ownership, we will ask for minimal non-sensitive details to confirm the request. 4. Data that may be retained We may retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons. If so, we keep only the minimum necessary data for the required period. 5. Processing time We process requests within a reasonable timeframe and send a confirmation by email when the deletion is completed.

Submit an account deletion request

Email support@hitcue.app with the subject "HitCue Account Deletion" and include the account email address, country, and an optional reason. We will verify ownership by sending a confirmation link or one-time code to the account email.
